Anis-ul-Hassan son of Syed Shafiq ul Hassan entered
into an Agreement with Mr. Anees Hussain on 16th February
2007, which has been filed in the High Court in Suit
No.244/2007, wherein Anis-ul-Hassan committed, undertook
and promised that he would cease to use the Name, Trade
Mark and Design of Anees Hussain, Excellence in Education.
Despite the aforesaid commitment, undertaking and
promise the said Anis-ul-Hassan has resorted to the
following:
• Has changed the spelling of his name from Anis-ul-Hassan
to Anis Hassan
• Is using a name & slogan confusingly similar
to ours
• Is using the get-up of our Trade Mark and Design
The public is accordingly warned that the said Anis-ul-Hassan,
who is referring to himself as “Anis Hassan”
is not related to Mr. Anees Hussain or connected with
Mr. Anees Hussain and is acting in violation of the
aforesaid Agreement and Court Order.
